Founder of Société du Jour: The Atelier of Hospitality
From Memphis, Tennessee, Paisley D’Jour is a classically trained chef and hospitality strategist whose career bridges fine dining, luxury service, and lifestyle consulting. A graduate of L’Ecole Culinaire, Paisley began her professional culinary journey at just nineteen, working alongside some of Memphis’ most respected chefs before making the move to Los Angeles.
In LA, Paisley refined her craft as a Pastry Chef, drawing inspiration from her time as Savory Chef de Partie at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon in Beverly Hills. Seeking global perspective, she ventured to Dubai, UAE, where she worked with Emirates Airlines, immersing herself in international service standards and cultural diplomacy.
Returning stateside, Paisley deepened her expertise in the Pastry Arts as Executive Pastry Chef in Downtown Chicago, leading programs for three major restaurant groups. Later, she returned to the South to design and open two restaurants in Collierville, Tennessee, serving as Executive Pastry Chef and Menu Designer. Alongside her culinary leadership, Paisley also taught Culinary Arts at a private Memphis college, mentoring the next generation of chefs.
In 2019, Paisley relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, and during the 2020 pandemic, she pivoted from traditional kitchens to frontline service as Lead Chef at Banner Health. Shortly thereafter, she launched her first entrepreneurial venture, The Puff Confectionery, blending her pastry skills with a boutique, lifestyle-driven approach to food.
Today, Paisley channels her multifaceted experience into Société du Jour: The Atelier of Hospitality, her luxury hospitality consulting and social liaison firm. Through Société du Jour, Paisley serves as a bridge between brands, venues, and clients, offering expertise in:
- Social Liaison Services – cultivating press, media, and community visibility for venues and luxury concepts.
- Hospitality Consulting – developing corporate catering programs, guest experience initiatives, and event strategy.
