Okay, so here’s the PERFECT Chicken sandwich; boneless chicken thigh crunchy micro greens, fresh avocado, peppery red onion, thick cut bacon with spicy aioli on a soft & buttery toasted brioche bun..
The star of the sandwich – the chicken! The chicken is pasture-raised, fed a diet that complies with the Non-GMO Project standard for avoidance of unnatural ingredients, and is also antibiotic-free. This chicken is raised and rotated daily on fresh soil to ensure optimal nutrient absorption and soil health. I sautéed the chicken thighs in olive oil and seasoned them with Kinder’s THE BLEND Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Seasoning.
To assemble the sandwich, start by toasting your favorite bread. I used my favorite Brioche buns from Sprouts Farmers Market buttered them and toasted them crumb side down in a non stick skillet. Spread a generous amount of the aioli on the bottom slice, and top it with some of the micros greens dressed in salt & pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Next, add the juicy chicken breast and top it with sliced avocado, red onion and two slices of thick cut hickory smoked bacon. Finally, drizzle some of the Terra Delyssa olive oil on top, and close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
